Altomonte's Uniform Policy: (Entails both clothing and personal hygeine.)
Shirt - Altomonte's clean, pressed, red shirt with logo on it

Apron - Altomonte's apron, clean & pressed. Contents: Pen & pad of Paper.

Pants - Straight legged, Clean Black Pants, Jeans, or Khaki pants

  • No wide leg or bell-bottoms.
  • The pants must fit on the natural waist and cover all parts of the underwear.
  • No low rise or hip-huggers.
  • The jeans can have no more than 5 pockets.
  • No pockets on pant legs.
  • Pants must be hemmed and in good repair (no holes).
  • No patches, embroidery or hem extenders.

Shoes - Closed Toe Black shoes or Clean sneakers with clean socks

Hat - Black Baseball hat (optional)

Hair -

  • At or above the shirt collar or pulled back in a pony tail.
  • No unnatural hair colors or styles.
  • Hair must be clean and free of any visible dirt, oil or particles, and odor free.

Facial Hair - Must be clean shaven, mustache, beard or goatee is permitted if neatly trimmed.

Accessories -

  • Tatoos - Any tattoos must be covered.
  • Jewelry - Loose dangling bracelets, earrings, hanging necklaces, and excessive amounts of jewelry can be a safety hazard while preparing and serving our food. Therefore, we must limit the amount and type of jewelry worn. No visible chains or non-Pickle (you’ll hear about this soon!) pins should be worn. Only small, stud earrings should be worn. Jewelry should be moderate, in good taste and not excessive. Males are permitted one (1) small earring in the ear lobe. Facial, nose, tongue and other visible body piercing are prohibited.
Personal Hygeine:
Employees represent Altomonte's to our customers. For this reason, your personal hygiene is an important aspect of your job. Please follow the hygiene standards listed here.
  • All employees are expected to be well-groomed, clean and odor free.
  • Employees are to wear uniforms and clothes that are clean and odor free.
  • Fingernails must be clean and trimmed.
  • Employees are expected to wash their hands frequently during their shift and to clean apron of spots through the shift.
